We offer hospitality in the cozy and independent apartments of our cottage, carefully furnished, all equipped with fully equipped kitchen, TV, high speed free WiFi 100 Mbps, independent heating, suitable for families, groups of friends or couples who want to spend a holiday in full autonomy, in the beautiful naturalistic setting of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

It is possibile to join GUIDED WALKS, GUIDED KAYAK TOURS in the near Gerosa Lake or to rent E-BIKES. Please feel free to ask us about this activities and we will be glad to help you organize your favourite experience!

Dear Guests,

The Sibillini Mountains are an internationally recognized wilderness area. You have chosen a holiday in nature: enjoy it to the fullest and help us to improve respect for and protection of the environment: our and your commitment are necessary to minimize negative environmental emissions and waste. These principles are fundamental for us, to manage them in an optimal way we present below the “service charter” of the Agriturismo Le Castellare. We naturally remain available to listen, accept and resolve all your legitimate requests or useful reports.

Reservation

Reservations can be made by phone or by email: once we have checked availability, we are committed to responding within 24 hours. In any case, the Agriturismo will confirm the booking and the conditions offered in writing. At the discretion of the Agriturismo, a deposit of 30% of the total amount may be required to confirm the reservation.

Best price is guaranteed if you book directly with us via email or phone, instead of our booking channels Booking.com or Airbnb.

Cancellation terms

If the guest cancels within 7 days before his arrival, a refund of 50% of the total cost of the stay will be requested.

Minimum stay

2 nights in low season and 7 nights in August.

Check in

Guests are asked to communicate their arrival time, possible from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. In case of arrivals at a different time from those indicated, please notify us in advance.

Upon arrival, it is mandatory for all guests to show a valid personal document to allow the registrations required by law. Arrivals after 11 p.m. are not possible. In case the arrival is after 9 p.m. an extra will be charged.

Check Out

By 10.00. In case you need to stay longer, it will be possible if there are no other guests arriving on that day.

Any special billing must be requested the day before departure.

Warnings

Inside the apartments and in the common areas it is absolutely forbidden to smoke, use heaters, move or make improper use of furniture, beds and accessories. Any damage and / or deterioration caused by guests to the facilities of the Agriturismo are the responsibility of the Guests themselves.

It is not allowed to welcome and host unregistered people in the rooms.

It will be the responsibility of the Guests to keep valuable personal items, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the farmhouse. We decline all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal properties.

Guests are given the keys to the apartment and the front door. In case of loss of the same, timely notice must be given to the manager. For safety reasons, please always close the front door and the apartment door.

Kitchen

Cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the guest. Each apartment has an allocation for the corresponding number of people for the exclusive use of the occupants, we would be grateful if you did not move dishes and objects from one apartment to another (in case of special needs, please ask). Of course, consumer goods such as food, soaps, detergents and toilet paper are excluded from the scope of supply. (however, upon your arrival you will find a courtesy kit with the minimum necessary to avoid being in difficulty, detergent, salt, sugar, soap and toilet paper). Bathroom is provided with our branded dispenser Soap, made with our Honey and Lavender.

Water

We inform you that tap water is drinkable.

Breakfast

Breackfast is upon request, and it is served in our beautiful rustic groundfloor or outside in the good season. In case you would like the room service this is possible, informing us at least the day befor. It includes homemade sweets and local produce.

Linen

Change of towels and sheets is provided once a week. Cleaning and extra linen supplies can be requested for a fee. The bathrooms are equipped with dispenser soap and a hairdryer.

Laundry

A washing machine and drying racks are available for guests of the Agriturismo. Laundry service is 5 € per use.

Internet

You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free with a password that will be provided upon arrival. High speed internet connection suitable to work from home.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in the Casa Vecchia apartment, as long as they are polite and clean. It is absolutely forbidden to let them get on beds, sofas and armchairs. It is the responsibility of the owners to exercise their custody and surveillance. Any damage caused by animals is the sole responsibility of the owners. Outside it is mandatory to keep animals on a leash. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE ANIMALS ALONE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE

Heating

The heating is autonomous in each apartment, adjustable via an internal thermostat. The cost for consumption will be charged at the end of the stay. In order to avoid excessive consumption and for better functionality, please pay particular attention to that doors and windows remain closed while the system is in operation, especially in your absence.

Parking

In the vicinity of the farmhouse there is a large parking lot, open and not guarded, where there are no particular risks, but it is still advisable to apply the usual safety rules, such as locking the car and not leaving valuables. . We are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles.

Recycling

The farm carries out separate waste collection. Guests are asked to use the appropriate containers provided in each apartment. As for the wet, please give it to the Compost Area that we will indicate to you.

Data processing

Personal data and any other element learned by our Company during the course of the assignment will be subject to a bond of secrecy and will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality and rights of the person through the systematic application by us of specific protection measures. and guarantees prepared for both paper and electronic data processing and measured according to the specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data). Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Customer is informed that personal data will be processed only for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship for these purposes (including accounting and administrative purposes).

You have chosen a holiday in direct contact with nature, help us to respect it and to protect the environment by trying to limit the consumption of water and electricity. Quiet is one of our best assets, respect it. The Management reserves the right to request compensation for any damage to animals, plants, objects, furnishings and equipment. Gran bella piccola vacanza all’agriturismo le Castellare dove si trova ospitalità e simpatia. A due passi dalle escursioni sui monti Sibillini si gode un panorama mozzafiato.. Siamo partiti per conquistare il monte Sibilla ma il gran vento ce lo ha impedito..fa niente..ritorneremo prima possibile…un saluto ai simpatici coniugi Buratti..a Nadia e alle loro simpatiche oche Guendalina e Adelina Bla Bla dai camminatori ” cugini di montagna”
