Our Apartments

In 1991, the renovation project began on the farmhouse, dating back to the second half of the 19th century. This typical Marche peasant family home housed stables and cellars on the ground floor, a modest living quarters on the main floor, and barns upstairs. The idea was to create welcoming and functional spaces to accommodate families and groups who could spend their holidays independently and independently. We thus created two comfortable apartments from the barns, an apartment from the grandparents' home, a large rustic apartment from the old cow shed, where we retained the original stone wall, and a studio apartment from the pig and donkey stables.

La Cascinella

A welcoming retreat for families and small groups in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. This independent apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and a bathroom. Ideal for two to four guests seeking a completely independent holiday, surrounded by the pristine nature of the Marche Apennines. La Cascina

The most spacious of the Le Castellare apartments, perfect for large families or groups of friends of up to six. With three bedrooms, a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a romantic fireplace, it offers all the comforts for a unique stay. The highlight: the large private terrace at the entrance, complete with tables, benches, a beach umbrella, and loungers for relaxing while admiring the views of the Sibillini Mountains. Casa Vecchia

A charming retreat with two bedrooms and a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a charming fireplace for chilly evenings. The apartment has a private bathroom and a quaint covered veranda at the entrance. The ideal choice for those traveling with their four-legged friends: Casa Vecchia is particularly pet-friendly. Il Telaio
The perfect retreat for couples and solo travelers seeking tranquility and romance. This studio apartment offers a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Complete with every comfort, it’s the most intimate and convenient option for exploring the Monti Sibillini National Park and surrounding villages. Independent heating, TV, and WiFi are included. The perfect choice for a romantic weekend or a solo adventure. Starting at €80/night.

Over the years, we have strived to make the spaces increasingly welcoming, to make our guests feel at home.

The farmhouse has recently been renovated to meet earthquake-proof standards, and the rooms have been updated with antiques, handcrafted wrought-iron beds, slatted bases, and fireproof mattresses, for optimal rest in a well-kept, rustic, and comfortable environment.

Upon request, additional beds are available, where possible, as well as a baby cot and high chair.
