Over the years, we have strived to make the spaces increasingly welcoming, making our guests feel at home.

The farmhouse has recently been renovated to meet earthquake-proof standards, and the bedrooms have been updated with antiques, handcrafted wrought-iron beds, slatted bed frames, and fireproof mattresses, ensuring optimal rest in a well-kept, rustic, and comfortable environment.

The CASA VECCHIA apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living area with a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen and fireplace, and a bathroom. It has a small covered veranda at the entrance and is particularly suitable for pet owners.

Casa Vecchia is the perfect apartment for those traveling with their four-legged friend. The only pet-friendly accommodation at Agriturismo Le Castellare, it welcomes well-behaved pets, allowing the whole family to experience the magic of the Sibillini Mountains together. The apartment features two bedrooms, a brand-new kitchen with a fireplace that makes autumn and winter evenings special, and a small covered veranda at the entrance, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking. The property’s spacious outdoor spaces are perfect for walking your dog, provided they are always kept on a leash. Its strategic location allows for easy access to the National Park’s trails.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (arrivals after 9:00 PM have a €10 surcharge). Check-out is by 10:00 AM. For different times, please contact us in advance.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Do the apartments have a kitchen?

Yes, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils for the expected number of guests.

Is linen included?

Yes, sheets and towels are included in the price. Linen changes are provided weekly; additional changes are available for a fee.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free in all apartments. The password will be provided upon arrival.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are allowed only in the Casa Vecchia apartment. They must be kept on a leash outside and are not allowed on beds or sofas.

Is it possible to have breakfast at the farmhouse?

Breakfast is not included, but can be requested for a supplement of €8 per person per day, if booked by the day before.

Where is Agriturismo Le Castellare located?

We are located in Colleregone 1, Montemonaco (AP), in the Sibillini Mountains National Park. Distances: Ascoli Piceno 45 minutes, Adriatic coast 1 hour, Castelluccio di Norcia 45 minutes.

Is there parking?

Yes, the farmhouse has a large, free, outdoor, unattended parking lot.

Are there children's services available?

Yes, we offer free baby cot, high chair and trekking backpack upon request.

How does heating work?

Each apartment has independent heating with an adjustable thermostat. Consumption is charged at the end of your stay.

Is the tap water drinkable?

Yes, tap water is potable and safe to drink.

What excursions can I do nearby?

The main destinations are: Gola dell’Infernaccio, Monte Sibilla, Lago di Pilato, Santuario Madonna dell’Ambro, Castelluccio di Norcia (blooming in June-July), and the villages of Montemonaco, Montefortino, and Amandola.

Do you recycle?

Yes, we separate waste. We ask guests to use the designated containers and dispose of organic waste in the Compost Area.

Is it possible to request an invoice?

Yes, any special invoices must be requested the day before departure.
